Thereafter or
shortly before the
Fourth of July 2016, Special Agent Gaeta
US Dep. Of Justice FBI told the also Justice Dep. OIG Office of the Inspector
General that he received a call from Steele requesting an in-person meeting
as soon as possible. Special Agent Gaeta said he departed his duty station in
Europe on July 5 and met with Steele in Steele's office that day. During their
meeting, Steele provided Special Agent Gaeta with a copy of Report 80 and
explained that he had been hired by Fusion GPS to collect information on the
relationship between candidate Trump's businesses and Russia. At that meeting on
5 July 2016, Mr. Steele and Mr. Burrows met FBI officials at Orbis’ offices in
London. Mr. Steele provided the FBI with the reports which Orbis had prepared by
that point. This did not include Memorandum 112. Mr. Steele made a note of this
meeting (“the FBI Note”). In preparation for this meeting for this visit, the
FBI on its behalf of Special Agent Gaeta sought permission from the office of
Nuland, the assistant secretary of state
for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, who had been the recipient of
many of Steele’s reports, and in fact gave permission for the more formal
meeting. On July 5, 2016, Gaeta traveled to London and met with Steele at the
offices of Steele’s firm, Orbis. At the legal hearing at Royal Courts of Justice

dates: 16 - 19 March 2020 referring to Christopher Steele and the Steele Dossier

at the outset of Steele's interactions with the FBI in July 2016 regarding his
election reporting work, it was clear that Steele was operating as a
businessperson working on behalf of a client of his firm, rather than as a CHS
for the FBI. Indeed, as detailed in Chapter Four, when Steele met Special
Agent Gaeta on July 5, 2016, Steele told
him about his consulting firm having been retained by Fusion GPS and provided
Special Agent Gaeta with Report 80.
Special Agent Gaeta made clear to
Steele that he was not working for the FBI on his election assignment and was
not being tasked to collect election related information. We found that
Special Agent Gaeta l's caution to
Steele was unnecessary from Steele's perspective, as he did not view himself as
working on behalf of the FBI to gather election related information, and he and
his client were taking steps to disseminate the election reporting to other
parties. Special Agent Gaeta told
us, however, that from his perspective he believed his caution to Steele was
necessary because he believed Steele was a CHS and his election related activity
would be harmful to Steele's relationship with the
FBI.
That was the turning point of this
FBI investigation from Citizen of the United States investigation upon John
Brennan statement to Political investigation upon Democratic Party known as DNC
(“the Ultimate Client”). Christopher Steele inform the FBI that he has got
better deal from Political Body of the
US Gov. as DNC, and since this meeting he Christopher Steele no longer work
officially for the FBI as Confidential Human Source. All Barrack Obama
Administration were involved. FBI simply allow for Christopher Steele to shift
evidence from criminal investigation as the FBI were aware, that there is no
criminal case against Donald Trump … and converted it to Political Investigation
where the “Council on Foreign
Relations” as financial arm for the Democrat’s paid for the made out thin
air dossier on Russian Hoax. July the 5 2016. Then we had had FBI criminal
investigation against Trump associates and all the Russia Hoax propaganda
starting at the end of July 2016.
From the London hearing; “MR MILLAR: No, of course, but with intelligence and gathering of intelligence for the purposes of national security , or the passing over of intelligence, raw intelligence, the value of it is immediate and as a pointer to the agency that receives it in a certain possible direction, and then it is further investigated, verified/not verified, put into a collection of other pieces of information to form a wider intelligence position and maybe ultimately to take some action, like arresting somebody or something like that. Obviously, it is important that you balance the need for the information to pass quickly in that situation to the right agency that can process it and use it properly and responsibly with the need to ensure accuracy at the first stage, but, with respect, raw intelligence of this sort in any circumstances, public or private, is what it says it is. It is raw intelligence. It is the basis for further investigation by the recipients. That was the basis on which Mr. Steele approached it. So, to put the bar too high in terms of establishing accuracy at that stage would be quite wrong in principle, we say. And without putting too fine a point on it, if you had to - - I mean, let’s take the example of a security operative or undercover police officer. If you had to, in that situation, before handing it up the line, verify it to a high factual accuracy standard, the bomb may have gone off, to put it bluntly. I mean, context is everything and that’s what is important here, that those requests were made, they were made to see it at that point in time, that the election was coming to a conclusion; there were concerns, there was an FBI investigation going on, and it’s not for him to act as the state. It is for him to respond to the request for the material as part of a national security investigation.”
In other words, FBI instructed Orbis as Christopher Steele to investigate the Russia Hoax upon presented material from nonother then Alexander Bortnikov himself obtained at the time Alexander Bortnikov visit John Brennan at CIA headquarters Washington DC which were further given to FBI. John Brennan give IMHO free ticket for Russia on Syria and other similar issues as CIA and Joe Biden US vice president in charge IMHO closed eye on that Russian Activity … for what? - for created out of thin air documented used for Russia Hoax upon George C Parker famous deal - I’m gonna let you in on a big deal expression - “If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell to you” - IMHO off course as the CIA and Joe Biden does buy it.
Every system of government has various group of interest, that benefit from the system which due run such society as/or country. Since these group of interest are benefits from adopted rules or behavior patterns, they have no or any intention, or either have no desire to change such system of government. There is no country in the known to US world, that are willing to bring any changes in significant way without crisis. As it is/be the crisis, that force all the acting group of interests to adopt changes in significant way. The original Club 21 was the primary financier of the world banker’s foundation and also acts as its advisor by formation currently of the European Central Bank (Europe) converted to Council on Foreign Relations (USA & Europe) etc. Among its 21 board members or the original club 21 always were numerous companies of the Rupert Family, the Rothschild Foundation (English-Zionist), De Beers (English-Zionist), Deutsche Bank (German), Philips (Dutch), Total (French), and Daimler Chrysler (U.S.). Thereafter the Wartburg, Schiff & co. who in 1921 call to life a council as of Council on Foreign Relations. Which was created right thereafter the original “Club 21” (primary financier) were moved from London to NY City, then there were created 21 Board Members who run the financial America and the world united behind all financial institution as for example Federal Reserve in USA. Then once again or upon the time the bankers did lose the influence over the created council known as CFR and within the time they have called to life CIA in 1947 managed by today known as “Wall Street Casino’s”, (Run by 21 board members) “Council on Foreign Relations” where every President of the US since Franklin Delano Roosevelt has & must report at this Club 21 before election as well as during his time in office.
